Things should hopefully move at lightspeed now, if i've been following this correctly then the ministerial changes are as much about "cleaning up" as they are about "opening up".
Also, Bayan's new principle is apparently capable of moving things with ease. It is hard to find much information on him, but if you google his family name you'll find he comes from one of the most respected families in the Kingdom. A very strong alliance has been building here, with all angles seemingly now covered.
