Good summary Pioupiou. Hard to put a universal value on this one as 'to each his own' applies.
For me it has run up a bit too hard, but for others there is definitely a case for it being at par value. I sold down a while ago but have a small holding that I will look to add to if price drops nearer to or below $2 in the expected ex dividend pull back.
