I think it has more similarities (at a product level) with POK than AWD. POK already have their cloud based service in a space which has a real buzz around it much like xref.
AWD looks really interesting as well, from what I understand though much of the interest is on its the yet to be launched product. POK went from 3c to a high of 22c in less than a month and AWD from $0.005 to $0.02 so if either happens with KSO that's fine by me!
There have been a great many reverse listing that haven't gone quite so crazy, definitely not a sure fire thing.
