The value of any listed entity is simply the number of shares x share price.
If a company has 4.5B shares x .001, then its value is $4.5M
If an identical company has 4.5M shares on issue at $1 per share, the value is also $4.5M.
You cannot possibly tell me that the company with the lesser amount of shares is a better prospect when both have the same ultimate value. That is just straight ignorance.
Really, we need a TOU for ignorance on this front.
Please focus on the overall value of the company and what they have to offer in terms of a business etc (as some of the other posters are attempting to do). That certainly sounds like an interesting concept they have here and it is readily scale-able if the product proves to be a winner. Market is a little slow to catch on to this one yet, but it is early days.
