It's such a pity bad luck stuck twice in the same place, firstly shutting down their launch in India due to Covid 19 and again with the technical problems the Rocket Lab launch had. Both out of their control.

Having cash is always a good option.
It will pay off the loan-sharks they're borrowing off currently and have money to see them through to launch and revenue.
AP is not a badly affected state.
Hopefully it means the launch will proceed soon, despite the wider growth of Covid 19 in India.
