At around $2.5 million in sales divided by an average of $6.50kg remembering they mainly produce dairy milk powder vs Infant formula, that would tell me they’re producing around 308,000 kg PA at current rates.
If we look to 5 million kg capacity again benchmarking $6.50kg that’s around $32 million and Taking 15% - 20% profit margin would show an upside of $6.4 million.
There are a lot of variables ie value added higher kg sales for goats milk and I’m only putting a few ideas to process.
I’ve recently toured the production plant and new build to see where my money has been invested and am very happy with the growth ahead.
