Yes well maybe they just assume that we would all get that point.
You wouldn't be building a pipe line like this without capacity.
Another thought is what's better from a market point of view,
1. make an announcement about factory 2 and have no creditable pipe line/demand to back it up
or
2. Make announcement about built up demand then announce the capacity later.

Personally I think management is worried about the market reactions, they seem to be just getting on with biz. Market will respond as it does.
