In previous communications from KTD there has been the mention of gearing up for the production of IF if KTD decides, in the future, to enter that market.

Sort of, 'we're building a new facility anyway so it makes sense to build in the ability rather than have to modify if we decide to diversify in the future'.

Forward planning to exploit future opportunities.

Makes good sense, I reckon. It's nice to come across a business that sees a healthy future for itself and make provision for it.
