    KTL announced today that they were pursuing the acquisition of Priority One after completing their due diligence.

    Does anyone know what will happen to the Priority One share entitlement that qualifying GoConnect shareholders acquired a few years ago? Should the entitlement be honored by KTL and if not, is there a case for ASIC to investigate?
