These were the worst floods since 2014 - LAMP was operational back then, though not sure if the 2014 floods were around Kuantan.
Flooding is something that LAMP is meant to be able to withstand, and looking at satellite images both LAMP and proposed PDF site looks fine:

Although obviously damp as can be seen in the bottom right image, there is no additional standing water at lamp/pdf site, part from possibly in the North-East corner of LAMP (which is empty space).
Hopefully the people are ok as well. As far as I know, some/most staff are still residing at LYC arranged accommodation, so 'should' be ok.
All in all, doubt it's a significant event for LAMP.
