They take it to court and challenge it, the psc findings are tabled, game over....
They have no basis for any challenge to be successful.
The high court wont sit there and go "theres no scientific basis for the argument but hey because you guys are feeling politically emotional I'll argue in your favour."
Forget it. Non event. Waste of time and money.
The PSC has gathered all the "evidence" we need and it has been placed in the public domain in an extremely transparent process.
This is a non issue.
