[*] Editor’s Note: It has been pointed out by Lynas that magistrate Mariana had actually allowed SMSL to review the decision of Science, Technology and Innovation minister to dismiss an appeal under Section 32 of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act. The proceedings do no relate to judicial review of the decision of the AELB to approve a temporary operating licence for Lynas. We regret the error. [posted at 11.25am, Aug 30, 2012]
So relates to the minister dismissing the appeal only. Not AELB's approval.
