Mate the plant has just been completed..what delay?
I can't say they have delayed a goddamn thing, can you?
No delay so far as I can see, the plant has not even been completed till now.
And 100% complete means they have done the run-up and pre commissioning too.
Its ready to go and phase 2 not far behind.
Financials are just peachy - 10months operating before we need any cash.
Let the games begin. because as of now we CAN produce..
