I wasn't expecting his astonishing practicality and insight dmc.
it simply proves that he can be sensible and intelligent..... why can't he be so all the time?
but yep he went for thew carotid on renewables. apparently he thinks coal should continue unabated until nuclear plants are commissioned. this would mean extending the life of some plants by 20 years as it will take at least that long for a few nuclear plants to be built and cost over $100Bn. so much for emissions reductions.
