    Even if molycorp goes bust itdoes not mean the end of the business. That business will be sold as a going concern. The new owner will have bought it for a song and free of debt most likely. In that case the "opposition" will be able to operate on the basis of a low market cap and with the advantage of a very low cost business Cases like this are often a burden for the companies that have a higher market cap, a high cost plant and with many more shareholders to keep satisfied. Those hoping for Molymess, as they refer to them, to fall over may end up worse off if that senerio eventuates.

    I know this for a fact. I am a director of a company that has a very low cost and capital base after being able to get assets for a song after another company made a mess of its operations. Believe me, Lynas needs MCP to continue along its current path.
