    Ainsley, why do u care so much about the spin off?

    You will receive 1 share for every 4 ATU shares you own, so with Kuro Coal raising capital at 20c a share, you're free shares are effectively making up 5c of the current ATU share price.

    The stock is at $1.70, so the spin off is completely immaterial to the value of ATU right now and in the future.
