Could not agree with you more.. However, it is now abundantly clear that an offer that will get the TLS' shareholders all clear, will not be forthcoming from the NBN Co nor Conroy.. They are trying to screw us into the ground..

Accordingly, I believe that Thodey and Co have spent enough managerial time on this issue and should now tell Quigley, thank you but no thank you..

Telstra management now need to concentrate on getting back to their core business and start rebuilding the customer base that has seen so many migrate to other Telco's.. Only by doing this and rebuilding the health of the company, will they be in a strong position to deal with the NBN Co, if it still exists, down the track..

Also, the regulatory issues will take care of themselves.. We still have a Trade Practices Act and a Senate in this Country, so any changes put up by Conroy will need to be fair and reasonable, otherwise he will be taken to the cleaners through the Courts..
