'backers'... isnt there a crucial vote on monday for issuing stock at 5cents that we have know about for 3mths now?

wouldnt u think the stock needs to perhaps stay close to that issue price till the vote on monday?

the vote is imperative for all these acquisitions and great revenue connections to come about.

if i was a mjor backer id be scared that a big run on friday a day b4 the vote.. might have reverse impact on any uneducated large holders.

Like is share hit 10cents today, maybe alot of pple would argue at the mtg on monday that 5cent issue price was too low?

I know i myself wouldnt i would still have voted it thru as i can the value of some give and take to get ahead.

but some prudes might give INT grief at the voting process if INT traded too high above 5cent b4 vote perhaps?

any thoughts guys? or am i just waffling?
