Bill will obviously puting forward sound arguments against.

If payment is not negotiable perhaps an agreement to pay the amount over a ten year period - at $15 million a year -
might put a better perspective on the matter.

One hopes for flexibility of Congo Government in negotiations.

The bottom line is that if Congo Government takes (SAY for a hypothetical example only) 10% of Anvil profits, share valuation will reduce by the same percentage.
Shareholders can cope with that.
Most anyhow.
Surely the damage will be much less than the hypothetical 10%.

Certainty after negotiation and agreement is very important.
