Okap Ventures was founded by Managing Director, Peter Landau with a view to providing a unique range of corporate services to listed and unlisted resource focused companies. Joining Peter in 2009, Jason Brewer now provides a unique mix of interanational banking and mining engineering outcomes. Peter and Jason also founded Komodo Capital Pty Ltd (AFSL: 344234) to introduce and manage capital raisings with an Australian compliant ‘wholesale’ dealers licence. Komodo has an extensive network of local broker and financial institution contacts throughout Australia, Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East.

Over the last 3 years, Okap has project managed over AUD$300 million in equity, debt and convertible and structured debt raisings through the ASX and AIM listed companies that it manages. Okap’s success is directly related to the calibre of its people who hold a wealth of both national and international experience with a diverse combination of strategic, operational and financial skills in both the natural resources and investment banking and legal sectors.
