I had the same problem and a few people on this thread have provided some directions/advice. For me, I had to transfer them over to my trading account. It was a Issuer Sponsored Shares transfer. Quick process but might vary a bit depending with what bank you're with or what trading platform you use. It said it would take 2 days for me but did so instantly just before.
