can't wait to see the potential massive class action from Vulcan shareholders against the Vulcan board, if it turns out that there's something under KNI ground
however unlikely it may or may not be, if the true value of KNI is at currently levels, or any levels materially higher than IPO then my guess is there would be allegations that the VUL board massively undersold this asset, an asset which could have provided considerable value to themselves
Vulcan shareholders will no doubt be watching with interest
