    The tanker carrying 1 million barrels of Kurdish oil has turned back, after almost 2oo miles into the Atlantic, & is reported near the Moroccan port of Mohammediah.
    "The shipment is illegal,SOMA , Iraq's oil marketing company, said yesterday." Urgent calls & cables made to Piraeus where the ship "United Leadership" is registered & to analysts in London. American destination now cancelled as situation under discussion- whether price will be discounted.

    Didn't take long for Noor al Maliki's govt to get on their case. Someone should call Houston.
