So much for the US intention to free the Kurds from oppression by the Iraqi regime.
the Kurds have been sacrificed to appease Turkey in exchange for use of turkish ground and airspace in the invasion.
On the telly yesterday a retired US defense advisor stated that Bush had no idea of the ethnic conflicts in Iraq,and the imminent clashes between Sunni and Shiite Muslims in Iraq when Saddam's regime falls.

Just a couple of minutes ago on the telly it was stated that the Allies MUST find evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, or the Allies will suffer irreparable damage to their credibility.
I wonder how many WOMD stamped "made in Iraq" are being carried in the armada of trucks of the invading forces? lol.

Finally, on the news this morning, America announced that some of the cruise missiles this morning intentionally targetted a residential area that housed the wife and children of Saddam Hussein.
Personally, I dont feel the targetting of the wives and children is ethically valid.
