    Either option is fine by me as long as they sell at a good price

    Goes back to the simple accounting equation: assets = liability + equity

    Both options will involved a sale or Jv, however you call it it’s a sale. If they’d take to production, they’ll sell half to fund our share.

    Currently, all assets = equity because there’s zero liability
    Once you fund your plant via debt or off takes and equity, two groups will then have claims against the assets - lenders and shareholders.

    I will not argue but this will be sold. None of the directors are in their 20’s. If I were in my 60’s or 70’s, I wouldn’t like to be dealing with plant shutdowns, deaths of employees, maintaining debt covenants or stress of pleasing thousands of people. I’d rather pursue my passion of discovering more and more multi billion dollar resources. Kv, Julimar, Buldania, molong belt chn, dev, Ltr stx etc
