    Just reading this article published on the 25th May 2021 i think it explains why the share price started to surge from 21st May which was the friday. and also explains the strength of the share price since. Im not sure why it hasnt been announced by the company but to me is a win with the key points being covered in the quote below.

    This is after Base Titanium, the mining firm that is prospecting for minerals in Kwale,agreed to cede one per cent of revenue accrued from the sale of the minerals mined from the South, the miner and officials of the two counties signed an agreement that also paves way for the miner to explore for more minerals in Kwale.
