re: dud yeah please dont follow me, sounds like you know what you doing. Just saying I dont know you and a few people on this site are more than happy to post remarks about a stock via charts but manipulate the chart to try and proof the point.
If 8 day works for you then that is great, like i said 200day MA works for me but that may not work for some depending on your strategy.
