I don't believe any of the instos would invest on the rumour of acquiring the Kwanza concessions.
It won't have been "factored in" until the ink is dry on the contract.
Most instos won't invest until production is certain, backed up with seismic data for long term commerciality.
Once (if) the ann is released, I believe the sp will take a substantial hike.
To quantify the rise would be pure guesswork on my part.
You would have to factor in what info the company has do far on the potential - and I don't think they get 100m on NO info.
Then the sp would also rise on the demand - if there are multi instos looking to get in, without the advantage of a placement, them they can only buy at market. That would be the ideal scenario.
