Alcoa have just shut down their kwinana refinery in which Alumina was being transported via rail, so the state government are gifted free land and a suporting rail network.
Right next door is the Synergy HEGT power station, CSBP gas plant and BHP nickel refineries next door.
Anyone catching fish in that area should think again!
