The lack of bio mass was certainly due to the leaps and bounds of efficient hunting techniques but the subsequent closures of the crab fishery (pro and amateur) but the ongoing closures were only put in place to benefit the Shipping and to reduce the average person’s opportunity to catch a feed for themselves.
