Irrespective of outcome of the FML deal kudos to JP for what looks
like a good strategy re the KWR deal.
If my calculations are correct HRZ 's invstment at date is approx. $13m eg
Shares in KWR-20m + 10.83m($1,625,000/15c)=30.83m @ current SP 32c=$9.86m
Plus add -cash $3,375,000
Total at date $13.235m
Overall appears a clean deal ie no issue with contractors etc
All the work to be done by KWR and if gold price keeps rising KWR's shares
should rise accordingly.
