We all need to support Nick and get these clowns out or put a representative on the KWR board that has shareholders interests 100% in mind.
Judging by the reaction and to the shareholdesr i have spoken to not one shareholder thinks this merger is in favour of KWR.
We will get our 5% without even blinking but we need 25% to put this merger in the bin.
To be honest i do not think they will get 75% in their favour to get the merger approved.
Interesting that no substantial holder notice has been announced since HRZ did an off market sale for their holding at 3.5c.
