Having buyers come in is allowing the pent up selling pressure to execute - which is great. MUCH better than the sellers being impatient and driving it down to low teens and below. The sellers have shown some discipline, and now as the buying pressure increases the sellers will either complete exit strategy, or withdraw selling intentions and hold as upward momentum takes over and turns the bears into bulls.
