    in regards to the sp the one thing that kind of explains the low sp, imo is that the company is not the stock and the stock is not the company. after the initial ipo of a stock so many other external factors come into play which have no bearing on the fundementals of the company. the sp will come around, this is how the sp usually behaves before a big rise. imo
