Corruption perception index 2012 ranks Kyrgyz near bottom of the total of 174 countries.
I will definitely stay away, no matter how good the project or the cash cost is. For me, MSR is just too risky and not worth a punt.
This post is just to inform current and future MSR holder of this fact, and may save them from losing their hard earned money.
