Given that the restart within around 24 hours is virtually a certainty, it seems very strange to me that here has been no impact, yet on either the U price or U equity prices. As I have posted several times, I don't expect a sustained impact but I did think there would be a knee jerk spike.

Either the market thinks the restart is still in doubt or it has already factored it in.

Interesting article in todays Guardian (but don't bother reading it srood, cos 'its just an article' and therefore not worth 'thinking' about).
