I suspect all this talk about milestones might be trying to deflect from the point that the drug just doesn't work very well.
Maybe, AT BEST, it could add a month to overall survival (even that is questionable). But that month comes at the cost of giving you diabetes, covered in rashes, and "oral mucositis". My chickens had beak mucositis last week, very similar to oral mucositis I suspect, and trust me -- it's not pleasant.
