I though that too. So I checked with Kate but also you can read the annual report. It is still outstanding. The question is what is milestone 2 and why is it out of order. I think it may be the completion of Phase II so could be really soon and you just reminded me they have to pay it in shares. So the lower they drive it the more shares they get pretty oppressive really.
