I know we like to hold on to cash but in this case with PH loose hands - if he has been selling down and there has not been any notice only wild speculation and projections.
Then what would be good would be to pay him out in cash:
1). It’s a relatively small amount
2). His sell is suppressing company values to the tune of tens of millions - if he is selling he will continue to do so
3). if he anticipated shares and was given cash and he wants some Kazia then he must now necessarily purchase on market applying positive price pressure
i just don’t see any reason to give him leverage at any point - there is only a string of positives to paying out in cash particularly if he is responsible for driving price down and someone clearly is based on my purchase last week if not it’s him I don’t know nore do I care
we need to be rid of dragging this anchor with us… it’s all positive and we control the narrative if he is paid in cash.
