Yes they should have been raising capital instead paying themselves bonuses.
By the wording of recent announcement I assume maybe they were in negotiations but if they are raising capital at this level then either they were not or they have failed.
This is really disappointment. No doubt the last milestone is to be paid soon also further dilution at already low levels with Hopper loaded up that has never been a good thing for retails.
Of course choose the final week of the financial year to do it. I always wonder if it is thier intention is to crash the price. How do you else to you explain such poor decision making?
