Therefore, the program committee will consider these special circumstances while evaluating abstracts submitted for the January 11 late-breaking deadline. The Annual Meeting abstract submission portal will re-open today, December 18, for submissions of clinical trial and late-breaking abstracts. The deadline to submit abstracts is 11:59 p.m. U.S. ET, on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021. Placeholder abstracts are only permitted for clinical trials and must be submitted by Jan. 11. Final data for placeholder abstracts are due by Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021. Abstract submission fees and sponsorship regulations apply to all clinical trial and late-breaking abstract submissions.
