Unless I'm mistaken, un-methylated MGMT promoter status is the 2/3 of the GBM patients who do not respond at all to Temozolomide. This has the potential to immediately become the new standard of care. Well, as immediately as the FDA (not the USDA, I was kidding about that) gets off its ass and approves it.
