All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted abstracts will be presented as live presentations or electronic posters. Abstracts will be published inNeuro-Oncology Advances. Submission Categories The conference organizers welcome the submission of original research on the following topics: (Epi)genetics and computational omics in adults (Epi)genetics and computational omics in pediatrics Omics of tumor evolution and heterogeneity Multi-omics Next-generation methods and approaches Omics of the tumor microenvironment Omics of response to therapy Computational and statistical approaches for omics Omics in molecular pathology and tumor classification Next generation methods and approaches Overview The Society for Neuro-Oncology is pleased to announce the preliminary list ofoutstanding faculty and speakerstaking part in this two-day conference and workshop on multiple omics technologies and their application for high-resolution characterization of brain tumor landscapes. Upon the conclusion of this educational event, learners should have an understanding of: Composition of the tumor and microenvironment landscape Omics of immunosuppression Advantages and disadvantages of single-cell analysis Current and upcoming omics methods for the analysis of tumor and microenvironment data Insights into the fundamental drivers of malignancy and their relation to biological behavior of brain tumors Basic biology of the tumor microenvironment and its relevance to clinical behavior of brain tumors Scope of preclinical research and the principles of translation of laboratory insights into clinical applications Registration Registration for the virtual conference and workshop will open soon.
