All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted abstracts will be presented as live presentations or electronic posters. Abstracts will be published inNeuro-Oncology Advances.

    Submission Categories

The conference organizers welcome the submission of original research on the following topics:

    • (Epi)genetics and computational omics in adults
    • (Epi)genetics and computational omics in pediatrics
    • Omics of tumor evolution and heterogeneity
    • Multi-omics
    • Next-generation methods and approaches
    • Omics of the tumor microenvironment
    • Omics of response to therapy
    • Computational and statistical approaches for omics
    • Omics in molecular pathology and tumor classification
    • Next generation methods and approaches

    Overview

The Society for Neuro-Oncology is pleased to announce the preliminary list ofoutstanding faculty and speakerstaking part in this two-day conference and workshop on multiple omics technologies and their application for high-resolution characterization of brain tumor landscapes.

Upon the conclusion of this educational event, learners should have an understanding of:

    • Composition of the tumor and microenvironment landscape
    • Omics of immunosuppression
    • Advantages and disadvantages of single-cell analysis
    • Current and upcoming omics methods for the analysis of tumor and microenvironment data
    • Insights into the fundamental drivers of malignancy and their relation to biological behavior of brain tumors
    • Basic biology of the tumor microenvironment and its relevance to clinical behavior of brain tumors
    • Scope of preclinical research and the principles of translation of laboratory insights into clinical applications
