- (Epi)genetics and computational omics in pediatrics
- Omics of tumor evolution and heterogeneity
- Multi-omics
- Next-generation methods and approaches
- Omics of the tumor microenvironment
- Omics of response to therapy
- Computational and statistical approaches for omics

- Next generation methods and approaches
Overview
The Society for Neuro-Oncology is pleased to announce the preliminary list ofoutstanding faculty and speakerstaking part in this two-day conference and workshop on multiple omics technologies and their application for high-resolution characterization of brain tumor landscapes.
Upon the conclusion of this educational event, learners should have an understanding of:
- Composition of the tumor and microenvironment landscape
- Omics of immunosuppression
- Advantages and disadvantages of single-cell analysis
- Current and upcoming omics methods for the analysis of tumor and microenvironment data
- Insights into the fundamental drivers of malignancy and their relation to biological behavior of brain tumors
- Basic biology of the tumor microenvironment and its relevance to clinical behavior of brain tumors
- Scope of preclinical research and the principles of translation of laboratory insights into clinical applications
Registration
Registration for the virtual conference and workshop will open soon.
