    These guys are supposed to price value. All they did was price dilution. Yet they have no facts to go on regarding dilution timing, predicted amount, nor at what price, nor any suggestes inflection point. In fact management DOES NOT have to dilute at all. It could fund the new drug from revenue (upfront deal money). This is even shown in the business.
