Hi Firesale, BiotechBreakthroughs Tweet says it all, KZA shareholders are still in their Easter stupur hangover. The retail shareholders have the same opportunity to obtain the shares shortly at the same price as the big boys AU$0.40.
Overnight KZIA shares traded between US$2.86 and US$3.39, closing at US3.04 on turnover of 71,280 ADRs. Because they have been excluded from the share purchase plan they will want to purchase more shares to counter the recent company capital dilution.
I have read the GBM AGILE trial pathway and agree with James, that we are progressing towards the best possible way forward for Paxalisib's registration approval.
