You mock, but given demonstrated need, safety profile, efficacy, and desire on the part of many, including the FDA, to speed up the approval process, the game could change, and most won't recognise that until after it has happened.
It is interesting speculation, and the past is not such a good guide given the current situation with GBM Agile etc.
