At some point in the future a deal will occur and then the company could pay a special dividend. So, investor returns many not look like a bank stock with 2 dividends per year. It will be linked to capital gains and expenditures, which will be linked to project timelines. As the company matures and receives annual royalities then you might see something resembling CSL.
