I gave up and gave the holding to a local broker to sell when the time comes. Just about to send back a signed Irrevocable Stock/Bond Power to the broker which allows them to sell, assign or transfer to a US based entity..This form arrived with the correct holdings and certificate numbers correctly filled in so hope springs eternal that I can get this holding out of my thoughts and my portfolio.
