While it is possible there is some variable (say the subgroup were fasting as well) missing to explain the discrepancies against NDU and possilby put a positive spin on this it seems unlikley to me the FDA will approve this against the SOC even then. There is near zero chance they will approve for the recurrents.
It would be a waste of a good voucher. DIPG though seems more promising and that will need a few more years and being a much rarer thing may not be as profitable. DIPG is the last hope but it won't make much money unless they sell the voucher then they need to wind up. They should is all decency continue to supply the drug free whilst awaiting approval.
