    It's all good but without contradicting anything in the announcement, it could be microcap Biotech with a MC of <$1M an upfront payment of $1 and royalties of 0.00000001% on future sales. All of which they expect to eventuate in 30 years time.

    You really need to be careful with announcements, particularly before an AGM which indicates the motivation for an advanced announcement.
